Its Moving Time
Sometimes our Vancouver Island homes become the place we least like to be, if that’s the case then it’s definitely time to move on outta there. Taking the term ‘Home Sweet Home’ to heart makes for a happier life, so don’t waste another minute trying to cram more stuff into a closet that’s already full, it’s not going to fit anyway, you need more space! Perhaps you’re expecting to add another member to your family and your one bedroom apartment won’t cut it anymore, you know the solution. You guessed it ….time to move!
There are endless reasons why people choose to move. The neighbourhood that surrounds them may no longer be desirable or increasing crime in the area has them feeling uneasy. A growing or reducing family usually means a change in scenery is near. They finally got that big promotion or underwent a career change, and the commute is too long. Sometimes renovations can be done until you’re blue in the face and you are still left feeling unsatisfied. It would be nice if the motive for a move was because the house prices in your locality sky rocketed in the last couple of months, but typically people sell because their home expectations aren’t being met.
