After seeing the current homes for sale and real estate listings, the system will send you an E-mail the every time a new listing that matches your search parameters comes on the MLS. This means you will find out about new listings The Day They Come On The Market!

If you are a serious, qualified buyer; are not already working with another realtor; please give us the details of what you are looking for and our system will automatically check the MLS for new listings matching your criteria - daily.
To sign up simply fill out the form below. Be careful of what you input as the system will only let you know about listings within your parameters. For example - if you put in a price range of between $180,000 and $190,000 you will not be notified if a new listing comes out that is $191,000.
